Admission Office Operations Manager and Financial Aid Coordinator
St. Stephen’s Episcopal School in Austin, Texas, a grades 6-12 day and boarding school of 710 students, is seeking a full-time Admission Office Operations Manager and Financial Aid Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Associate Head of School for Enrollment Management and Financial Aid;
- Coordinate the financial aid process and serve as a financial aid committee member;
- Coordinate event logistics for the Admission office with the Security, Maintenance, Facilities and Dining Hall departments;
- Support Admission events as needed;
- Greet visitors to the office, answer and direct phone calls, and create a welcoming environment for prospective students and their families;
- Manage office inventory of marketing materials, office and kitchen supplies;
- Manage the Admission office budget and process departmental expense reports;

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in database and/or budget management;
- At least two years of experience in administrative work including office management, answering phones, managing budgets, event support, and calendar management;
- Familiarity with database management software and experience creating complex database filters and searches (using any database platform), and importing and exporting data using the CSV file format;
- Proficiency using Gmail, G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Slides and sharing), and Microsoft Excel;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and attention to detail;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with diverse populations;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
