Middle School Spanish Teacher (Long-Term Substitute)
St. Stephen's Episcopal School, a day and boarding school of 690 students (grades 6-12), is seeking a long-term substitute for a full-time Middle School Spanish Teacher position beginning mid-late October 2021 until mid-late January 2022.
Experience in teaching introductory levels of Spanish to Middle School students is highly desirable, as is near-native fluency in the language. The school is looking for candidates who are effective educators, proficient in technology, and who are able to partner with active adolescent students, dedicated faculty, and engaged families.
Teaching 4 sections of Middle School Spanish;
Serving as an advisor to a group of Middle School students;
Proctoring study halls, attending chapel and other Middle School events and activities during the school day.
